Tour Prices
Tour prices listed on our website and in our brochures are
based on double
occupancy. Many tours include many meals, luggage handling
and transportation, round-trip airfare and transfers
to KCI when applicable.
Deposits
Deposits
are $50 per person for trips
that cost $500 or less, and $100 for trips over $500. Deposits
for extended fly trips and cruises are listed on
individual tour pages. Deposits for tours, or full payment
for daytrips, is due within 10 days of reservation date.

Trip Cancellation Insurance
For a worry-free vacation, we strongly suggest the following:
To cover yourself for trip cancellation
or interruptions due to a pre-existing medical condition,
you must send in a non-refundable insurance premium with
your deposit. Insurance premiums sent in after initial
deposit will not cover pre-existing medical conditions.

Cancellations/Refunds
McKinzie Tours offers full refunds until the final payment
date for most tours. Following final payment, recoverable
charges will be refunded. Certain penalties and restrictions
may apply for specific tours. Airfares
and air taxes are subject to change until final ticketing.
Trip cancellation insurance is available and is strongly
recommended.
Daytrips
We cannot
offer refunds for cancellations received within 48 business hours
of departure. Any non-recoverable funds that have been paid
out prior to 48 business hours before departure will not be refunded,
such as with theater daytrips.
Tour Documents
Final tour documents are generally sent
out 2 - 3 weeks prior to tour departure. No documents are
sent for Daytrips. Pre-trip meetings are held for extended
tours and cruises to cover details of the
trips and allow you to meet fellow travelers.
Luggage
For your convenience and to expedite movement,
each tour participant is allowed ONE LARGE suitcase to be
handled for you in addition to an overnight case or similar
small bag (i.e. carry-on luggage) that you
handle and take care of yourself. Most cruises allow two
bags per person.

Unless otherwise indicated, our pickup points include:
- Olathe Holiday
Inn at I-35 & 151st Street (northeast corner of lot)
- Gomers at 99th & Holmes Road (in the lot on the south
side of the Service Station, by the Water Refill cooler)
- Sylvester Powell Jr. Community Center at 6200 Martway St.
from I-35, take Johnson Drive east to Lamar, turn right on Lamar and go 1/2 block and turn left into the Sylvester Powell Center and park in the Upper Northwest Parking Lot near the McKinzie Tours sign. Click here for map.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early
in order to load luggage and depart on time.
