Why do I have to pay more as a single? |
| A. |
The hotels charge us a flat rate for the room whether one person or two are occupying it. So, if the hotel's rate is $100 per night for two people in the room, we charge each person $50 for a total of $100 for the room. If only one person is occupying the room, we must charge the full $100 to pay for the room, resulting in a $50 additional supplement for the single person.

in order to load the luggage and depart on time.

When will I get the departure time and detailed information
on extended tours? |
| A. |
Final documents will be sent out approximately two to three
weeks prior to departure that includes detailed times and information
for each day. For trips over one week long, we will have a
pre-trip meeting to go over the itinerary and to answer questions
on each tour. On daytrips, once you pay the balance, you will
receive a receipt which will list your departure times. No
other documents will be sent out for daytrips.

What forms of payment do you accept? |

We accept checks or you can pay with a Mastercard or Visa
for trips costing more than $500 per person.

What kind of motorcoach do you use? |
| A. |
We use the latest in motorcoach equipment and are very particular
about their cleanliness and maintenance. All motorcoaches are
restroom equipped. We are also very particular about our drivers.
They are always courteous and drive safely. |
