Tips for Travelers
Carry identification.
We recommend that everyone carry some type of identification. When
entering Canada or Mexico, a certifed birth certificate, passport,
or voter's registration card is required.
No smoking on the motorcoach.
For the consideration and comfort of all travellers, we have a "no smoking" policy
while on board the motorcoach. Coffee breaks andmeal stops occur throughout
the day to allow for the comfort of smokers.
Expect to change seat assignments during
your tour.
So that everyone has an opportunity to view scenery from all locations
on our motorcoach, passengers change seats daily based on the system used
by your tour director.
When choosing your wardrobe, think "comfort"!
We suggest you take along a sweater, all-weather coat or other protective clothing.
Washable knits and layers are a great idea when sightseeing. And don't forget
a comfortable pair of shoes, sunglasses, and your camera!
Limit luggage to one large bag and one small
carry-on.
Each traveller is allowed one large piece of luggage, which will
be loaded/unloaded and taken into the hotel for you at each overnight
stop. You may also take a small bag on board with you. Please
tag both bags with the identity tags provided in your tour packet.
Name tags help everyone get to know each
other.
